I'm on a mission to unite with others to empower people to live active, playful and authentic lives. With a background in professional dance, aerial artistry and water stunts, I bring over 20 years of experience teaching embodied and somatic movement practices. I'm passionate about the connection between mind and body, self realisation and personal growth.
As a certified yoga and pilates teacher, I focus on helping people to reach their goals, to develop their core stability, mobility, and self awareness- helping students to breathe deeply and connect with their bodies. My classes are a space for exploration, confidence building, mindfulness and joyful physical expression.

She is kind, warm, affable and most importantly supportive of any keen yoga-goer from beginner to advanced, with instruction and options sprinkled throughout the practice to ensure everybody feels included. After 6 months I now couldn't imagine my weeks without the practices.
